    Default Wii Fit

Has anyone got this? I bought it DH for his birthday, the Wii not Wii Fit we bought that together.
DH wants to lose weight and he is doing fantastic, and I am just doing it to tone up for our holiday, but it really works.
Working mon-fri 8-6 we can't get to the gym but we do half an hour in a morning and half an hour at night, it's amazing, best thing I have ever bought.
DH is on a diet as well as doing the exercise but it is definately showing

I bought Pauline one for Christmas and the first time I used it I was overweight and my wii fit age was 67. I was depressed for the rest of day.

However last week I got it down to 24 but haven't lost much weight.

Pauline likes the idea of going to bed with a 24 year old though.

I have been using mine each day for half an hour.
It is great, love the step aerobics , also do the jogging , but that is so hard .
I have lost 3 pounds so far, just by doing this and cutting out the coffee and biscuits. x

So come on then - what's your step score? Mine is 666 - I'm really trying to beat it for obvious reasons, but keep ketting 665!

Me and DH always try to beat one another he has lost 2 stone since we got it through doing the Wii fit and also dieting, he is doing really well.
We both do 15 mins morning and night.

I have a routine of torso twists, jacknifes (20), step plus and boxing which is 15 minutes I'll let you know my step score when I've been on

the boxing and hula hooping are fab on the wii fit. the hula hooping really gets you out of breath and makes your tummy muscles hurt!

I love the boxing too - the step & boxing are my favorites I also like the yoga, but prefer to do my own yoga / pilates DVD's rather than the wii, but do do the wii yoga if short on time (or being lazy)
