I like the fact that you can read a bit about the parents needs and they can also read about your service and vacancies. This can help both sides decide whether contacting each other would be useful before wasting time/ energy etc.

It enables you to search for parents seeking childcare and decide if there requirements suit the service you can offer, and if so you can easily contact the parents to start a discussion with them. I have got 3 sets of parents this way and I think it's fab!

I like the fact that you have some initail communication rather than an unexpected phone call - gives you time to prepare what you want to say rather than babble on the phone
