........................... batch cooking exciting hey! i've been feeling so ill with this pregnancy we really haven't been eating well dh works away so he's no good! so today we are making lots of pasta sauce, ratatouille, leek pot soup, tomato soup, cheese scones normal scones, fairy cakes, granola, all for freezer and I'm dreading it oh well once it's done its done xxx

My sister does this regularly. In fact, she just did 30 meals for my parents for a Christmas gift. If I ever have the time again, I'd love to do it. I tend to double batches of lasagna, chili and stuff like that to freeze but would love the idea of a well-stocked freezer!
