I have just found out that my friend that is also my vet has died unexpectedly on tuesday.

Nice for him, but horrible for everyone else.

Feel so sad, not only was he a freind he was a damn fine vet and will be a hard act to follow.

i was just about to write that thats the way i would like to go but as i was about to write it down i decided that i wouldnt as i would feel cheated. i want to be able to tell my Husband and my children how much they mean to me. One of our local vets (DH is a farmer so quite involved with the practice) died suddenly on holiday abroad - so sad
