    I have a triple buggy with 1 x 18 m, 1 x 17m and 1 x 5m - I get - 'are they triplets?'
I going to make a sign - 'Yes - a triple buggy - No they're not Triplets - No they're not all mine - Yes - I have my hands full - no, I dont know how I cope either'

When mine were little I would just say, "That's exactly how I like it!"

I just tend to say "the more the merrier!"

It doesn't bother me when people say it. Perhaps I'm used to it after years of minding & having 5 children of my own anyway

I keep getting comments from a Dad in the playground. I don't have that many. I have either a 15 or 17mth old, a two year old, 2 x five year olds, 7yr old and 8yr old.

He said yesterday that either I must be well paid or mad! I said the later. Three if them are my own children.

I took my new monster buggy (tripple - 2 at back and 1 in front) round to school this morning, the looks and the comments well you would think I had 3 heads, not 3 toddlers

This drives me mad too - and people who ask why my 4 yr old son is not at school yet. I do not feel the urge to explain that he does afternoons only at the moment - and am unsure why people feel the need to make such innane comments

It doesn't bother me when people say things like that. TBH I think most people are trying to be friendly and just have a chat.

    I usually just reply ' Well it keeps me busy ' or ' I don't get bored ! '

What I love is when the children have different skin colours especially if my DH is with me. You can almost hear peoples brains trying to work it all out
