    Default Sat Nav reccommendations Please

    can anyone reccommend a sat nav for under £100 please
    i need it for the morning so needs to be locally available and no i don't have an i phone or equivalent

    it is wap enabled but costs me a fortune so don't tend to go on the internet on it unless it's to download games

    Ours came from Halfords - it's ok, not brilliant.

    It was £75 and it's a Mio

    I've got a Garmen and love it. It was over a £100 though but it does do europe.

    Mine was from Halfords too, I'm sure you'll get one from there in your price range

    Yes

    His name is Steve

    I really do not mind loaning him out for £100 and if its one of those times when he is annoying me or I have Enrique here well I will let you keep him for a few days

    He can be there in the morming too

    mines a garmin nuvi, love it, got it in Halfords really like the wide screen, doesnt do europe though

    I cannot stand sat navs, Ours would be out the window if I had my way !

    Yeah ours does my head in too - not Steve well only sometimes ha ha

    The real thing it always tells us the wrong way and we end up going in circles and end up back where we started ha ha

    Its her voice too ........... grrrrrr

    ours takes us the wrong way too !

    Me and my ickle car and the radio is perfect :-)

    let's just hope I never go far and need the sat nav I think I would have road rage with it !

    I could still use Steve, I'm sure hes good for more than directions !!!!!!!!!!

    I have the small Tom Tom. I went to France in August with my 3 kids and without my husband. It was 10 hours door to door and I couldn't have done it without the sat nav..brilliant gadget. The only time we got lost was when we didn't trust the tomtom.
    We were on my parents boat on the canal and I followed everyday with the car. I didn't have a map book that did areas in great detail so we used the browse map function to find out where I needed to go. I only wish we had the larger ones with lanes..
