Yes i watched it, the women near the end made me laugh singing her original version of Mercy. i love the ones that can't sing very well, she was hysterical.
I am so glad its back, give me something to watch on a Saturday night.

I did watch it! It's hilarious and very entertaining but I can't help but feel that a lot of the contestants are being exploited. Either because they cannot sing and we are supposed to laugh at them or they can sing and are promised fame and fortune that they never achieve. I watch programmes like this now and again but I don't let the kids watch it because I don't want them to think it's OK to laugh at people who aren't the same as them or for them to become obsessed with fame. In the 21st century it's hard to avoid this obsession though I think!

i usually love x factor but i think this year they have been really cruel! telling kids they are not through then getting some back to form 2 groups, which was obviously planned so why not just say in the first place rather than rejecting them.

then last night the obvious favourite Gamu didn't get through to the live shows, they made her cry by saying no but i bet next week she is back after 'having a lifeline'

    its very cruel

x factor was a disgrace on sunday at who went through, it just shows how much a fix it is.

Gamu should have definately gone through and Rachel i think was her name, instead of 2 people who forgot lines and made a total XXXX of it.Katie and cher are not going to make the next round if they carry on as they are.
