    Hi everyone.

    Has any one out there every has frozen shoulder ? If so how long did it take to heal and what treatment did you have ?

    My boyfriend had it.

    It took about 3 months to go away but it still twinges now and again if he doesn't sit / stand straight or is on the computer for too long.

    He had physio and injections - the injections were really painful and didn't help him that much but they do some people.

    i had one about 2 years ago. very very painfull! i had an injection in it that didnt really help then i had physio every 2 weeks for about 3-4 months, it took about a year to go completely but does niggle now and again now especially since ive started going to the gym.

    working was ok as i had a 3 and 4 year old so not much lifting was needed, but i think i would have found it very difficult if had been minding a baby.

    i didnt find the injection painfull but it just didnt work!
