literally

i worked as a scrub nurse in the local gynae theatre...it was legs apart kinda stuff IYKWIM

so one day

MS A is wheeled in. The nurse she had been speaking to told us about her...about how lovely and kind she was. Aw...we thought. Legs up!
Surgeon has his head down...and goes quiet...he whispers to me...."whats this"...looks like glitter!

Whats glitter doing on a lady's...well... lady bits?

I always wonder how the children manage to get food through 3 layers of clothes and a popper vest for it to end up as crumbs in their nappy

An acquaintance of mine, in the late 70s, had dyed her 'lady garden' green and had a tattoo saying 'keep off the grass' just above...

She had cause to go in for some sort of gynae op and in due course came around to find a plaster (like elastoplast not the rigid kind) stuck on her lower belly with the words 'sorry, I had to mow the lawn' written on.

Call me a rubbish childminder, but I have stopped using glitter! Anything else goes, but glitter makes me shudder after many years of clearing it up. I have finally given up on it.

Should have added, the reason for the note was that she'd had to be shaved for her op...
