wow. What a year you must be having... When my Dad was diagnosed last year I could barely function, so getting that news about your husband, I can't imagine how you've coped. Brilliant that the last chemo is over: a dreadful, dreadful thing to watch someone go through.

Yes, I believe it, lol.
The universe does get a bit surreal sometimes.... and all we can do is take it a chunk at a time. You're obviously an amazing lady and if I had a hat on, I'd be taking it off right now!

Its funny because when my Dad was having Chemo last year it made him feel a lot better straight away.

But his heart could not take the strain of chemo, i never realised that this is one of the side effects. So he had to stop and the steroids that they replaced it with never worked.

Still your DH has had his last one and that is all behind you now.

Wow! This must have been a tough year for you and your family! Well done getting an outstanding in your inspection.
You must be relieved that the chemo is finished? I hope that the scan shows all clear and that you can enjoy the rest of the year and many more to come worry free!!
My friend had cancer (widespread) and chemo and two babies (one during treatment -she didn't know she was pregnant and wouldn't terminate and one after)- it is now about 8 years since this happened!!! Here's hoping the same for your DH.
