Good morning Thursday

I’ve decided I’m going to have a lazy day today. I’ve been suffering with sinusitis for a couple of days now and have tried to ignore it. I quite often get it but because I’m usually working, I dose myself up with paracetamol and get on with it. This morning I’ve realised I don’t need to do that and that it is actually ok to have a day off. So I’m going to grab my pillow and blanket and lie on the sofa watching tv. I might even fall asleep 😴

Now I just need to find something to watch!

I've been and done my weekly shop ... but hopefully it will do us 10 days or so ... will just need to pick up some fresh fruit/veg/ bread and milk at some point.

My plan today is to get my paperwork sorted and finish off my accounts. The weather isn't meant to be too good, so that's good, but it's bright and sunny currently and so I'm resisting going and sitting at laptop! I'm also going to get DD to film me reading a story! I put one on my Facebook page on Monday and I've had requests for another! I'm not keen, but have told DD to just focus on the book and not me!

I am so confused to what day it is today I keep thinking it's Friday because it's the last working day of the week then I realise it's only Thursday. Just the one little one today so trying to keep them entertained. I have started my list of things to do next week, its a mixture of work related stuff and a bit of fun stuff too. I want to get my accounts all done as I like to get them in early especially as due to pay tax on account in July which I may not actually need to as work hasn't been so busy this year as have spaces and dropped some of the after school children too. I always put money away ready for tax and Ni but it's a bonus if it's not needed!

Stunning day again here in the midlands.

This morning I started watching Unorthodox on Netflix. It's so good. DH was out doing the shopping so I watched it on my own. Can't decide if I should watch them again with DH or not - I think he might enjoy it, but I'm not sure.

DH said today was hectic in the supermarket and people weren't taking as much care with social distancing as last week. Apparently everyone had gloves on and a lot had masks on too.

If it's Thursday, does that mean Clap for Carers is happening tonight?
