Good morning everyone. Let's see what today brings!

Yesterday was such a lovely day with the children here. We were cocooned in our own little world and it was so nice! With no TV on all day we were shut off from everything going on out there and could forget all about it for a while.

As soon as the last child had gone home I had the TV back on for the latest government press conference, but for those few blissful hours our biggest worry for the day was whether to have ham or cheese sandwiches for lunch

Today's plan is to finish off the Mother's Day crafts and get out into the garden as much as possible

Our plans have been cancelled, and I have a couple if errands to run, but then it's home to forget!

But it's hard! It's in the back of my mind ... I just want to know what's happening/ going to happen. But I guess most of it is, how long I might have to shut and the impact on me financially .

We are about to head off to our local play park for some fresh air as I live in a little village and there normally isn't any one there during the week, we are not going to any of our normal groups. Its quite nice being in our safe little bubble during the day away from all the media.
