    Default Good morning Monday

Here we go again. The start of another week.

Today I will mostly be trying to find the Mother’s Day craft bits I bought a while back and put away somewhere safe! Assuming I can find them, that’s what we’ll be working on today. If I can’t find them I’ll be frantically thinking up something else for the children to make

    Have a good day everyone

    Good morning!

Thank you for reminding me about mother's day !!!!

I did know, but had momentarily forgotten! too much going on about something else! Am now frantically hoping that what I had planned pops back into my head, as I don't seem to have written it down anywhere!

Not working today, so time to get sorted!
Have a good day everyone xxx

Went to our local Waitrose at half 2 before school run. It was manic, I only wanted eggs, which were nowhere to be seeing. Not a piece of meat either and veg and salad looked like it had been there for a month! Every till was heaving so goodness knows what people were buying. It really is beyond a joke!!!

Just catching up with today's threads, its a very different feeling this evening with the new measures announced tonight. A lot of local restaurants here have been quick to say they are going to stay open until told otherwise but are people going to go out now we have been told to avoid restaurants/theatres/cinema etc.

We are supposed to be going out to a group tomorrow but probably won't now as they are saying no non essential travel ! We were supposed to be visiting our new puppy this weekend too which isn't going to happen either.

Parents have all been good about the new cough/temperature rule but I haven't had to turn anyone away yet.

Oh Pixie Dust I'm looking forward to hearing all your puppy stories. Is it a boy or a girl? Do you have a name yet? x

We were actually going to choose which one was to become part of our family.....they are offering to do videos to see the puppies, the family where we are getting them from live with elderly parents too so understandably wants to protect them from the virus . They did say we could visit if we really wanted to but I don't want to risk their families health even though I hopefully haven't been near the virus. Its all very strange right now

It all feels very very scary tonight.

I've been talking to CM friends and we're not going to meet up as arranged this week.

But I'll still be standing in a busy playground at school pick up.
