Default Is it just me, or is it freezing?

Gosh I'm cold! Even DD and DH are complaining of being cold. Every day we're shivering!

Obviously I'm living in a different part of the country now (been just less than a month) and I'm living in a house which obviously takes longer to heat than our cosy old flat. Need to dig out my hats and gloves a bit earlier than usual this year. My coat, which I've had for the last couple of winters seems totally ineffective now and it's only November!

Are you guys in your winter woollies yet?

Gosh Fussy, you are such a supportive mum! It seems like forever that you have been standing on the sides watching your children play sport - not to mention all the baking you have done for them over the years!

    It is freezing though!

It seems to have come on very suddenly! ( although I think I say that every year! )

I've bought a new coat for me ( 10000 hydrostatic head ... I'd better stay dry in it! ) and now my old 'me' coat, is my work coat! And it doesn't feel as warm as it did last year! I've dug out a super 'secret Santa' gift from a few years ago of a knitted hooded scarf thing and that is very snuggly! I always feel ready for winter wearing it!
