Hope you all have had a good week.

What plans do we all have for the weekend? Going to ds's football presentation tonight so i have actually scrubbed up just typical that dd2 has hurt her leg at school today so just me ds and dd1 going.

Tomorrow we have nothing planned and sunday ds has his probably last football game of the season.

    Have a great weekend everyone

Finally sat down after choir practice and picking DD from rehearsal!

Tomorrow have band concert and then meal with friends and Sunday is usual chaos of church, band and dancing plus final dress rehearsal for DD ( and me, as I'm chaperoning! )

I do need to sort out my greenhouse at some point!

Have a lovely weekend everyone xx

I had a very exciting Friday night - I was busy doing load after load of laundry. We had a viewing on Tuesday and then a second viewing on Friday afternoon, so I have not been washing clothes as obviously I didn't want it hanging up everywhere.

Today will be spent filling out an application form for another school and then we are going to stay with friends tonight to celebrate his 50th. It should be fun, but the only thing is he has a daughter a few months older than DD and she is very streetwise, confident and domineering - as are the other children who will be there, so I hope DD has a decent time. The expectation is that all the kids will go off and do their own thing together while the adults do their own thing (big house and garden). We're getting there for 5 and spending the night, so it will either be a loooong night or just lots of fun.

We're really, really hoping that the lady who did the second viewing will put in an offer.

No! Apparently she really likes it and the agent phoned us last night asking us a few more questions on her behalf. She wants to do a third visit with her builder next week (hasn't gone as far as booking a third viewing with us yet though) to see if it is possible to put in an extra bathroom. It is possible, but whether it will be within her budget remains to be seen. Crossing all our fingers and toes right now!

She's backed off! We had another viewing on Saturday and again, the lady really liked it and has been phoning the agent for more details about our property. Fingers crossed she'll book a second viewing.

It’s so so stressful. Best of luck.

Oh Maza, I have been there, holding on to every word, hoping they are interested....

I eventually looked up the potential viewers on Facebook, saw what they were interested in, promoted it, and talked to estate agents about what I knew about them ( they loved running!) and promoted the outdoor space and local area that she could run in ...plus they had a 2 year old so I promoted my childminding role and how perfect our house and area was for young children.....it worked!! They put in an offer and then bought it. Yet our estate agent felt they arrived at the viewing- last of a day full of house viewings it seems, lethargic, uninterested with a tired 2 year old in tow....he felt it was a no go until he promoted an area to run on the doorstep.
The estate agent offered me a job....and I have done a few research on folk and suggested what they could plug, given what we know. A little bit weird but I am only looking at what is out there in the public domain....and my knowledge of area.
It might work for you Maza!
    Good luck in your application.
