    Default New years eve

    Do you have any plans?

Dh is working till about 530 but im seriously considering putting all the avengers films on in order to see if we can see new year in this year. Something we have never managed to do.

Have a good night whatever you are doing

When someone tells you nothing is impossible, tell them to go slam a revolving door

I am working today, hopefully will make it to midnight. We are having a quiet night probably play some games, I like watching the fireworks from London, we have some nibbles for later in the evening. Happy new year everyone !

DD slept at her best friend's house last night and so we had friends over for a mini celebration. Tonight it will just be the three of us. I'm popping into the village shortly to pick up some snacks. Think we're going to have a chilli as well.

We'll watch the fireworks on telly. As usual we'll comment on how uncomfortable everyone looks and how nice it is that we can just go to the loo whenever we like without having to fight the crowds.

We will not be watching Jools Holland!

Have a lovely evening everyone. x

We're at home. DS is muttering about going to a friends, and DD wants a friend over!

Told both of them to sort it out/organise it and we'll go from there!

Planning a nice meal and a few drinks, fireworks on tv and sorry Maza... we WILL be watching Jools! Saw him recently in concert and do like him! Marc Almond was interesting! He looked about 20 still and was bouncing around the stage like tigger!

loocyloo, last night we were talking about Jools Holland with our friends and discovered that two of them also don't 'get' him! We were relieved as we really thought we were the only two people on earth who weren't keen!
