    Default Good morning

October seems to be moving at a very fast pace.
The dark nights are creeping in.

Today we have been making spiders and caterpillar for our ugly bug ball might have to rename it the colourful bug ball though

    Have a lovely day everyone

We're off to South Africa in about an hour. We're off for two weeks. It's always very stressful (staying with DH's family) so I'm not looking forward to it at all.

Oh well, let's hope time flies. x

That sounds as if it should be really exciting Maza, so let's hope it's at least a little bit exciting!

The weather here has been miserable all day. I'm very glad that I sorted out the wellies and puddle suits at the weekend. At least we've been able to get outside to blow away the cobwebs.

Now the children have all gone home I'm sitting here with a cup of coffee and a freshly opened tin of shortbread biscuit. I must have been stupid to think they'd last till Christmas

Miserable here too ; need to buy some more smaller sized puddle suits for my little ones.
What do you put on the feet of your crawlers ?
It’s almost half term , after that the dark nights hit with a vengeance and it’s a long long time Until spring😕

I've got something similar to these for crawlers. I had them for my (now grown up) children and I haven't got a clue where I got them from. It was a long time ago!

Playshoes Rain Footies: Amazon.co.uk: Shoes & Bags

Parents often supply snow suits that have feet, but I find they can be a bit too padded and restrictive for crawlers. I use puddle suits or waterproof trousers with the little shoe things tucked in.

    Hellooo.

Sounds like everyone is having lots of fun! Enjoy the holiday Maza (and just think that at least they are not in your home and you'll be home soon enough!)

I've had a couple of very lazy days, doing not very much whilst the LO's potter around! Tomorrow we have 2 school harvest festivals and Friday back to toddlers. Not impressed with the miserable weather or dark nights!

I used plastic freezer bags ...over thick sock shoes.
    Worked fine.

I really hope it turns out ok Maza.
I could write a book about in law stories....but over the years I mellowed into them, let them behave as they wished around our lads and it worked fine....it helped that DH felt similar so we could be exasperated together.....then smile.
