Happy holidays I know some parts of the country start today. We are on our second week.

No mindees here today which is good seeing as we have had a really busy weekend. We went to blackpool on saturday and yesterday visited a local farm and beauty spot. Today we ware swimming Im tired just thinking about it

Currently in our vw campervan in stunning Kielder Forest in Northumberland.

I got back from visiting family in Manchester last night. When I was there I was sharing a single bed ('slightly' bigger than a single apparently) with DD, who sleeps in a starfish shape, so I have hardly had any sleep. Had a lovely time though. DD had friends round all of last week and so today we all need a day to chill at home. She's doing arts and craft, DH is painting her room and I am doing random chores. We'll pop out somewhere ordinary/local at some point, but haven't got the energy or inclination to do more.

I am just starting the hols. We are having a pretty chilled out morning - my 2 EYFS are playing with my DD and my DS is watching "Cars" with an after school mindee. This afternoon we are going to a singing group. Good start so far :-)

We are into our 2nd week here too, it's been bliss with no mindees!

Horrible rainy day here so me and my 10 year old son are off to the cinema to see the new Disney movie

First day of the holidays for us . Ive got a quiet week , only 2 mindees and ds today. Ds is upstairs tidying his bedroom ( or playing on his ipad!) and the twins are just finishing their lunch after a morning at the garden centre. We are going to plant some seeds this afternoon and chill....well it is the holidays after all!!

Spent the day at knole park with 2 mindees and another cm n her 2 mindees. Had a great time climbing on trees and logs and doing free activities for the children. Hoping the weather holds out to get us out for the rest of the week two

Second week off this week.
Spent the day doing 'ladies who lunch'... And shop... In Birmingham. Lovely catch up with friends.
Off to France at 4am for a few days so early night now.
Hope the weather enables everybody who is working to get out for fresh air.
