Incredibly, since saying that I've had no enquiries for six months I've had three genuine people call. Two for part-time, but I could potentially take them both because their days are different and one full-time baby. Awesome. Three visits arranged for next week. Might be able to afford a holiday after all!

So excited just booked the sheraton fuerteventura for oct, we looked at it last time we were there and couldn't afford it however the travel agent booked it all separately for us and saved £1500 off brochure price and although it's more than we wanted to spend we know we like it there!
Also a romantic london weekend for March, grosvenor and gordon Ramsey's!

I've been minding now for nearly 2 years and after having a total of 2 1/2 weeks off last year, I decided at Christmas, enough was enough.

This year I have booked 8 days off at Easter (going to Brean Sands with my 6 y.o), a week in July (going to Butlins with my son and my parents) and the WHOLE of Christmas and New Year school holidays.

    Roll on holiday time!! Woohoo!

Just booked a cottage in the dales for Easter week-end....really looking forward to some family time. My eldest is off to uni in Sept so trying to have some family time while we are all together. My dh works offshore so its a bit of a nightmare working round his dates and the school holidays.

I've booked Madrid for three nights end of April and I can't wait, it's not a mega holiday but I'm looking forward to it all the same.

One thing I learnt last year is I need to make time for myself!

Swindon - maybe we could meet in a soft play at Melksham? I believe there is one there. half term - or maybe picnic in the park?
