That's my favourite one we always go "posh lodge" with the hot tub ect!! Great times meeting with friends and their children swimming everyday.
We are going a haven caravan in May down in Weymouth (my favourite beach, reminds me of being a kid) that's my holiday. Lol, hubby away so meeting friends there (same ones we go to centre parcs with) just us mums this time though so be a nice change (with all the children still)

We've booked up for usual 2 weeks in Portugal in October, we always spend my birthday there now.
Usually go away in May too but we haven't organised anything yet.
Also looking into a short break to the original lego land in Denmark.

Went to legoland in Denmark when I was about 16 - absolutely loved it - and yes lego did exist when I was 16!

What is it that you like so much about cruises? I have never done a cruise, worried I would get bored as I'm not good sitting and doing nothing but did see a cruise that included Copenhagen and Russia that looked interesting and I would get a chance to wear all the lovely dresses I have bought over the last 3 years for my own daughters weddings and now the nephews are all getting married too. I would like to do a cruise that departs from UK and then you can have unlimited luggage - that's what bugs me about holidays having to make choices on what clothes, shoes, jewellery, handbags you take!

my mum loves cruises, but they don't appeal to me. she likes visiting lots of places without too much effort!
i'd love to see the northern lights.

We have booked a holiday in La Gomera, never been before so don't know what to expect. Has any one been, it is one of the Islands of the Grand Canaries a bit less touristy I think

I went with my parents a few years ago, and loved it!! It was so peaceful and beautiful, you do need some Spanish as it is less touristy (bonus) so taxi drivers, restaurants, and shop keepers don't always speak English. It was one of my fav holidays!! X

What do i love about cruises?
A new place to explore almost every day without unpacking my bags.
Great food and a chance to wear posh frocks!
I love the ocean so can happily sit on my balcony and watch the waves
Loads of entertainment options - good for me as I am single
People from all over the world to meet and get to know.
Room service in the cabin and a game of cards on the balcony with my children
Total relaxation ahhhhhh
I am seriously excited about this cruise. Always wanted to see the fjords and Iceland. Going to the Faroe Islands too but dont really know anyhting about them yet.

Can't afford anywhere >.<
Having to save every pound because I haven't had a single enquiry for six months and I think two of mine will leave at the end of the Summer term so need to create some kind of financial buffer.

You have nearly convinced me - I had bad experience of sailing to Denmark to visit relatives as a child - 18 hour crossing with nothing to do, no cinemas or soft play in those days - my brother and I had to make our own fun - we had great delight in spending time going up and down in the lifts, until we must have found our way into a staff lift by mistake, as the doors opened both sides and we found ourselves in the middle of the kitchens! We pressed the button PDQ.
