No slippers for me, I don't like them, never have. Bare feet in the summer, socks when it's colder and an extra pare of hiking socks over the top in the Winter

Can't stand anything on my feet in the house, if my feet get really cold then I will put on some slipper socks but it has to be really cold!

We have a tiled kitchen floor which is always cold so warm furry slippers (fluffy boot style) that I will live in now until the summer then it will be flip flops.

I wear slipper socks over my ordinary socks. I do like the boot style slipper but I am a bit odd and like to be able to wash them every day. So slipper socks work well for me! My 2ds have both tho!

sheepskin mocassins in the winter when I have on socks (as I can't bare the feel of the wool with bare feet) and flip flops in the summer - trying to find some really cheap slipper socks with grips on the bottom for the mindees as I haven't got the storage to keep a pair of slippers for each of them and have slippery laminate floor in dining room - any suggestions where I can find some - most places have the cosy socks but they haven't got grips?

I have slippers in the winter and crocs in the warmer months. I would wear crocs in the house all yr through but I get slippers for xmas
I just find my crocs really comfy and not too warm like slippers can be in the summer. I did try flip flops but after nearly falling down the stairs in them I don't wear them in the house anymore.

I don't go out of the house in my crocs though.....

Barefeet in the summer and then socks in autumn / winter and when it gets really cold slipper socks over normal socks. Sometimes I have to put on 2 pairs of socks, my feet get really cold.

Crocs here too. They protect my little toes as I'm always dashing about and stub them, ouch. I also find the crocs springy so great for tired legs/feet

I have a pair of clog type slippers so I can wear them to hang the washing out, or to pop next door.
My feet are always cold, even in summer.

    I have:

    • a nice pair of slippers for indoors.
    • a pair of cloggies to slip on quickly for emergency dashes to the outdoor bin with poo-ey nappies.
    • an old pair of slippers that I take to the pub.

......and no, I don't have a pipe to go with them - before anyone asks.
