    Default Painted nails :)

I am always so busy doing things for everyone else I never seem to have any 'me' time...
Boys are asleep, DH gossiping lol...so I have just sat down for a change and painted my nails...French manicure to be precise!!
    Am feeling rather posh now
Wonder how long they'll last with 6 mindees here tomorrow

What does everyone else do when they have a little 'me' time?

Lie in the bath with the hot water trickling to keep the temperature up! And I don't even lock the door as I would have my own little ones banging the door down just because it's a locked door!

Love painting my nails too but doesn't last long when I am working, ultimate me time is defiantly long hot bubble bath.

I read and drink hot tea.

Or go for a long walk at a sensible speed instead of toddler speed.

Coffee and a good book, at the mo I'm reading all the Patricia Cornwell's Scarpetta series ( a bit like Silent Witness, so tends to have quite a few gory bits) xx

    I read!
I have the latest Margaret Atwood at the minute. I went to bed at 8.30 last night to continue reading it.

Cross stitch for me too. And family tree stuff. And learning how to crochet.... Too many hobbies, not enough time for work! I tend to get about 3 hours a week to indulge in me time.

Koala HA HA HA HA HA HA! Oh the life of a mother.

We have two toilets so the door is locked when I get in the bath or I know from experience I will be interrupted every two minutes and then have to get out to break up a fight or wipe a bottom. Large glass of wine, bubbles and my phone in hand to cruise Facebook! After being ill for the last two weeks I need to do more for me definitely a pedicure or a massage once a month would be nice.

I paint too but every painting I start never gets finished! Bit like the cross stitch.
