I have used this before. If you are having problems with the customer service section of a company it is always a good idea to just go straight to the top. Any CEO worth their money will be cheesed off about receiving your complaint letter in his inbox ad on two occasions that I have gone down this route the matter has been sorted out very quickly.
I'm not paranoid - the world IS out to get me!
