Homemade are defo best but if I'm cooking for loads or in a rush I will use frozen. My hubby gets stroppy if they aren't homemade though!
If you do not hope, you will not find what is beyond your hopes

I make lovely Yorkshire puds. I told the kids I was going to buy aunt Bessie and none of them looked particularly pleased. So will carry on with the homemade ones :-D
When someone tells you nothing is impossible, tell them to go slam a revolving door

I don't imagine Aunt Bessie would have been too pleased at the idea of being bought either!
I did almost an entire Christmas dinner from the freezer one year, I enjoyed a very relaxed day & no-one knew!! The bird was fresh and I made my own gravy, but no peeling, much less washing up and more time with the children :-D

Last year we were going away for Christmas but I was having nightmares about bad weather and being stuck at home for Christmas ( not that being at home would have been a problem ) So I bought frozen everything for Christmas lunch ( dh was getting the Turkey as bonus for Christmas so I knew we'd have that! ) we got away ok but a few weeks later back home I cooked the frozen bits and it was soo easy! Very tempting to go that route again!
