...thanks to an email from FatFace saying their sale starts tonight, I've just ordered the inlaws their Christmas pressies.

Means they might even get posted to Oz on time too

    CHRISTMAS!!! I admire you!

I have a few kids bits that I got from Claire's accessories and a lovely bauble that i bought in the sales but that's it!!!
I do pay into a thrift club to help with the expenses though, I suppose that's classed as preparation!

My friend has ready put her name down for a turkey?! Lol!!!!!!

I did see in Asda last week that they had Uno card games in Sale - I did buy a couple of packs as Xmas or birthday presents for mindees as they like playing it with me, but I expect I will have forgotten where I put them by the time I need them!

Someone posted on Facebook yesterday only 149 days until Christmas. Got me in a panic! I try and prepare in advance each year but still end up in a muddle. On maternity leave now until next year so hoping I may be a bit more organised this year x

I start after DDs birthday in Sept. although I have started looking and putting things into my amazon shopping basket. DH is paid weekly so from sept I buy one little present a week. I save £10 a month for DDs big present, and DH and I usually wait and have a night out in the new year as our present to each other as we would rather time together than more things to clutter the house!

Can I ask where you saw lego in the sale? My daughter's birthday is next month and she wants lego friends sets. Thank you!

We only have inlaw's, sister in law & hubby and my best friend to buy for. We've decided on inlaw's but basically stuck with everyone else. We still haven't bought our 'joint' Xmas present from last year!

I've ordered some stompeez slippers for DD. She has had her eye on them since about a week after last Christmas, bless her. I was hoping she would forget as I don't like the look of them but she just gets so excited whenever the advert comes on. I ordered them as I daren't risk them not having the unicorn ones in her size at Christmas, or me forgetting to get them! I did order one size bigger than she is now. Trouble is, I'll be tempted to give them to her as soon as they arrive! x

I usually start to collect hings when I am on holiday. I have on cupboard in my bedroom which I keep all Birthday and Christmas presents in. I have a wrapping paper bag and a box in the loft with any spare Xmas wrapping and carrier bags which comes down at the beginning of December with the Advent Box.
