We had boiled new potatoes, sweetcorn and cod covered in a tomato and chorizo crusty topping - very yummy and hopefully not too many calories!

Gosh, we seem to have a lot of fish lovers on the forum!

We had gnocchi with a creamy veg and ham sauce. Usually yummy but today it was very bland and I'm sure I cooked it the same as I always do!

We had piri-piri chicken, potatoes and salad - loving these Coleman shake and season oven bag things - means I can just leave the chicken to cook xx

It was scrummy but in my haste to pig out, I burnt the roof of my mouth

Yes I'm feeling lots better...not sure what today was all about and to make things worse my 8 year old son was rushed to A&E to have his head glued following an incident at school.
He's ok tho, just sore...maybe just put it down to a bad Monday!
    Thanks murphf xx

Sweet and sour chicken with rice...made it for my youngest as it's one of his favourites, it was day 1 of work experience for him but he came home with a headache and went straight to bed without eating!!!
