Sun was shiny here at 6:45 when I was walking the dog, but overcast now. Come back sun!
Ours went back to school last week. Was glad to get my routine back!
One down today because of sickness and I'd planned a lovely activity too

Back to work today with just one mindee today (2.5yrs) plus my before and after schoolers, so a nice general start.
Mother in law has phoned in a panic as she has broken her dentures, so after the school run, I've got to pick up her dentures and take then to a dental lab to be repaired, as she won't come out of the house with no teeth in!

If I'm not dropping off and picking mindee's up from nursery, I'm dropping off and picking up dentures from the lab. Just hope I don't get the two mixed up

it was sunny earlier, but now that my washing has finished in machine, it has clouded over!

its my 'day off' and i'm usually in school, but have piles of stuff to do, so am sitting here doing paperwork !!! ... well i will be in a minute !!! if you see me here ... send me away! PLEASE!

Dh is home ill/but working and wanted to use dining table, and asked me to move all my stuff that i had just spread out all over it! i said no, as he can use kitchen table as he won't want me coming in and out to use PC/printer and i need them! plus, i was already set up to go!

got to go to the dentist later for a filling

Morning Everyone!

The sun was shining first thing, although it's clouding over a bit now. Good job I made my own children take coats to school. You know what they're like - a bit of sunshine & they think summer is here

A busy day for me today. One mum has just texted to say her daughter is now potty training, so will be arriving in pants & can I have the potty ready I'll soon have more mindees out of nappies than in them - less nappy changes I suppose, but endless trips up & down to the bathroom!

lovely and sunny here at mo, only got one mindee 19m today and he isnt due to arrive for another hour, will do him lunch then take dog for long walk at country park and lo can run around then back for school run - my ds and his friend coming for tea then the friends mum picking them at 6 and taking them both to their swimming, mindee goes at 630. Back to normal tomorow got 4 plus DO visit in the morning deep joy

Good morning everyone.

Its dds birthday today so I have been to town to buy her some clothes - hopefully she will like them.

Had breakfast and a good catch up with a friend now debating housework but it's not looking promising.

Have been for a lovely muddy walk with another Childminder near Longleat - 6 children & 3 dogs between us - fantastic morning, days like this make the job worth while - mindees have been climbing on tree stumps, exploring mud, moss and playing in a clump of bamboo that they pretend is the Gruffalo's house.

My primary school is not back till tuesday so I had an extra one to take to playgroup. We had a great time with soft play and special snacks for a birthday. 2 los asleep now and 7 year old reading and drawing. Peaceful

Went to a playgroup at the local synogogue - not been to that one for a while and so DD and mindee had a ball as it was all new andfresh for them. Then we went to feed the ducks on the common so lots of mud and nature, fabulous! Saw lots of frogspawn and dozens of frogs too, so a very worthwhile morning! Mindee now sleeping and DD has just done some painting. When he wakes up we'll go for a quick run outside, tea and then...home time! Good day so far. x

It looked like it was going to be nice today but has been pouring on and off all day!! Out schools went back last Monday and then have a days holiday today again!!
