    Default January blues

Last day of a two week break I am rechildproofing my house. DS is packing and leaving to drive back to uni after lunch. I dipped into my tax savings so I have to claw back that money over the next couple of weeks.

Anyone got any uplifting quotes to kick me up the backside

You could celebrate Christmas tomorrow (the proper date) - that might cheer you up.

Pancake day soon ... we love our pancakes!

Start the new year as you mean to go on - put aside a pot of money every single month and by this time next year you'll have one less thing to worry about.

    Hugs xx

    I'm the same.

DH has just gone to FIL's to retrieve the double pushchair, stairgate and highchairs from his garage. NOT looking forward to getting back in the swing of it tomorrow after almost a three week break. School run, preschool run, batch cooking lunches and dinners, trying to get part-timers to sleep, nappies...

My mantra at the moment is 'it's only five weeks until half term' (I work TTO)

Snap and Im thankful that I do else I might really be depressed. Loved the holidays and just doing nothing with mine so much.

But actually need the money and I am looking forward to seeing the children in a warped way

Started back last wednesday after 11 days off. Neither the LOs or me were really up for it so didn't do much. Tomorrow is the last day without a school run so I'm making the most of not having to clock watch and hoping to go put for the day. Then looking forward to Easter hols as I don't generally take hols until August. Got a few training workshops booked so that wil help to pass the time too

I'm not looking forward to tomorrow at all, just the thought of getting up at 6am..... I've had 3 weeks off!

but I am starting the week slowly only 2 Monday, then a couple more and not back to full number until Friday,

I am looking forward to my little one coming back as she started walking over Christmas, and I'm so glad it was with at home Mum and Dad.

    Still be spring soon.......x
