    Default Wake-up light alarm thing

Anyone got one? I am absolutely terrible at getting up early on these horrible dark mornings. I've been looking at them and wondered if they are any good.

Do you mean a SAD light?

I've had one for years. The light comes up gradually over a half hour period and I'm generally awake before the alarm goes off. It's a much gentler wake up than going straight from deep sleep to a ringing alarm!

That sounds like a great idea. I've just decluttered our bedroom & would now have room for one on the side. Having said that though, one of my boys is always up before me & usually has a cup of coffee ready for me when I come downstairs

I'd love a SAD light. But I get up at 6.30am and hubby at 8am. It would mess his mornings up
