    Ok so thinking of peeling the spuds today an leaving them in water overnight but how soon can I do them without them going funny

    I will peel mine tonight for the next day, wouldn't risk doing them now....

    I will do mine about teatime dont think I would do them now. Dont suppose it would hurt them though I would just make sure I changed the water regularly

    did mine at lunchtime, will change the water in a while, normally do them at some point on xmas eve and they are fine

    I stopped peeling mine years ago. No one notices lol and they get all that lovely extra fibre

    Did mine Christmas eve about 5pm and they were fine and meant I could have a nice relaxed day today
