New playroom sounds good, have you got any pictures?

Well I've stayed in doing paperwork as the weather here in the South West has been horrendous with no sunshine and non-stop rain. You certainly would not be camping near any streams/rivers round here

yesterday I helped at the Parish Hall Fair by running the Tombola Stall. My fave stall as it only lasts maybe 2 hours then I can go! Took my Mum shopping then wrapped presents and made birthday Tea for ex husband (polishing my halo as we speak) lol. Today I have been cleaning the house and pricing things to sell at the school fair next Saturday.

The camper van looks great fun!

Yesterday I went round one of my mindees house for the day with my daughter, had lunch with them and lovely time, then paperwork when I got back. Today has been online christmas shopping and horse riding :-)

They are lucky i wasn't running the course, cos i would have made them go out anyway!!

I said goodbye to my hubby till after easter, and took receipt of my new ball gown. Cos when my dh finally gets back home i WILL be going to the ball with him.

My boys were in london for the tri-service youth council, giving a presentation to them in charge. They have just arrived home, happy and hungry .

My hubby was in the Army for 24 years and we always loved the balls and Ladies dinner nights, really mi.ss the social side of forces life.

I spent yesterday trying to sort out the playroom, didn't get very far and seemed to make more mess

Today I spent doing my favourite past time, shopping Got a few more Xmas presents and caught up with a friend and her sister. I now need to start wrapping
Hope your broken car isn't too costly Sarah

Awww thanks Carol - it's under warranty thank goodness - but a 2 week old (second hand) car that has allegedly been through lots of tests before they sold it to us shouldn't have already broken down twice!!

It cost me nearly £500 to have it carried back from Bath to Cheshire as well!! Luckily I am in a breakdown company so that will eventually be refunded - but it makes you realise how important it is to have good home recovery cover!!

    xx

    photos soon!

awww, we hired a camper called lola last summer and DH really wants one ... except when he was looking he got sidetracked into looking at beetles, and FOUND the beetle his dad sold when he ( DH ) was a little boy !!! he ended up buying it - been sat in a garage for 15yrs & require a 'bit' ( hahaha ) of work! we did see a gorgeous camper for sale a couple of months back, but it was a tad expensive ... £25,000! however, it had been completely rebuilt and was immaculate!
