Morning Everyone

Dull and windy here I'm sooo glad I have no school runs at the moment

I'm shattered after being awake half the night,I slept for about three hours booo

So what are your plans today are you busy?

Toddler group this morning.

First morning .y lo didn't cry so probably going to be a bad day.

May do the playdough handprints ready for Christmas well I have them all tonight............I may not neither nothing like forward planning

Well I slept in this morning-LO's ringing doorbell woke me up at 7 so still getting my head together tbh!

Toddler group later so have this morning to wake myself up.

Windy here so will be putting washing out. Off to softplay today then mindees have a sleep this afternoon, busy afterschool though although 1 less tonight than usual.

I'm shattered too - woke up at 4 and got back to sleep just before 6 then my husbands alarm went off at 6.20 - I crawled out of bed at 7.30 and had to rush round to get hoovered and sorted before first mindee came at 8 - luckily he was late so had time for breakfast.

I never know when I am awake in the night if it is better to just get up and try to catch up on the observation back log that is worrying me or try to get back to sleep. What does everyone else do?

Morning Angel.

I slept fine until 4am and then slept through hubbies alarm at 5.45 but managed to get up at a reasonable time and drink my cuppa before it was cold.

We have toddlers this morning and then a bit manic after school. I am off the rest of the week except one after school on Thursday and a before school on Friday. I am carrying on with my declutter and clean upstairs

We are off to the library this morning then a 'go with the flow' afternoon - I have rotated some toys so it will be nice to watch them re-discover them

Should be my day off but have kept DD off nursery as she has a temperature and cold. My plans of tidying up and cooking in peace out of the window then! We've actually had a sweet morning, just drawing pictures together and snuggling and now I've got her packing all the party bags for her party in a couple of weeks time. Suppose we had better get dressed soon! x

morning

nice to see the 'morning' thread

went to bed at 8pm last night, woke in the eary hours for an hour or so, then dragged myself out of bed at 7.30am! think i am winning the battle against the snotty nose cold the mindees all had last week ... but today they have all turned up with coughs

been out to the childrens centre, free play now, then lunch, then nap time! i might even manage to sit down myself for half hour! i can dream!

Afternoon Angel!

Been doing some diwali activities this morning and trying to take no notice of the 13 month old who screams at me everytime I do something else with another child - he is not crying or distressed but just wants my attention, when I look at him he grins at me.

The three LO's are asleep and the nearly 4 yr old is with me and we are watching shrek as I write this, she is seeing the stage show for her birthday - Lucky girl.

Afternoon
We have been celebrating Diwali today.
We have made Diwali sweets, made patterns using coloured rice, made a Diya lamp collage, dressed up in Sari's, watched some Indian dancing on the iPad and then made up our own dance to some Indian music.
I'm pooped!
