Not a good day

my new washing machine's not working only 6 weeks old

have loads of washing
my downstairs bathroom light not working ,

am now waiting for the third to happen

Well, there's an eschatological theory placing the date for the end of the world as 21 December, 2012.

OTOH, we frequently seem to pass these cataclysmic dates in safety. Shame, really: could've saved a fortune on Christmas expenses.

Now I have bought the majority of my xmas pressies and wish I could have said oh what the heck the world is going to end on the 21st anyway so lets go and party

But thought it was best to buy the pressies instead as know we will all be here at xmas

Ruby, I hope there isnt another thing that goes wrong and you can get your washing machine sorted quick. Thats the one appliance I really going into meltdown if it breaks
