i used to have loads of weird substitutions in the early days of home delivery. I thought they 'd got better but obviously not

I once ordered 2 packets of 8 white rolls and 1 packet of 4 brown rolls. They obviously couldn't find the white rolls on the shelf so they substituted the (16) white rolls for another packet of (4) brown rolls......??!?!
I was missing a dozen rolls somewhere along the line!

I always seem to have trouble with the bakery section!

I had a Waitrose delivery once and the delivery drivers are very smart with their ties and posh accents.

I didn't have any substitutions but I did get TWO packs of chicken breasts which I didn't order - they were priced at eight pounds something each! Unfortunately I was far to busy on that day to be able to phone customer services to let them know

The substitution of the pregnancy test with condoms must have been the member of staff having a joke surely - made me laugh out loud!
