    for lunch we have just had Turkey pizza melts and salad x

    and then sticky 5 spice gammon with wilted green veg and noodles for tea, with mini cheesecakes x

    Don't think I shall be getting tea tonight as hubby is coming home 2 days early and as his car is at the garage I have to go and collect him Don't even know where I am going and he doesn't know what time he's finishing so the children can't go to bed at normal time. I just hope it isn't too late!!

    Steak, chips and salad!!! Trying to empty the freezer so I can defrost it and found steak that was buried at the back

    DH is away working, DD (17) is away in France so it's just me and my two younger DD's.
    Can't be bothered to cook to be honest, so we are having Chinese take out

    Pork, slow cooked in cider with apples, sauteed potatoes & green beans. Very nice it was too. x

    scampi and potato ball things DD couldn't live without from lidl and veggies to the children horror!

    have also made a really yummy veg and chicken soup with lots of garlic and chilli using the stock i made from the roast chook on sunday! might add some leftover rice (currently frozen) when we eat it! but i think it will only be DH & I who eat it!
