    Default SCBU Breastfeeding survey

If anyone has any experience of having a baby in SCBU and expressed milk please could they take a few minutes to fill in this survey. http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/LS8FJYY

It's one of my friendswho is involved in trying to improve things for mums who have to go through it.

    Thanks

I had a dreadful experience with SCBU and breast feeding, but it was 20 years ago so probably things would have improved since then anyway.

Will it link onto FB (if that's okay?).

I'm training to be a breastfeeding counsellor and some of my friends might complete it and forward it on if they have experience - could get you some more replies.

Both my DSs were in SCBU too, 13yr for 8 days as his jaundice didnt want to go.. breast feed him for 6 mths..
and my 10yr old was born 5 weeks early,
Tried breast feeding him but he kept loosing weight and I could only express a tiny amount, they wouldnt let us go home till they were satisfied he was putting his weight back on so I put him on a bottle and gave him a BF last thing at night,
From what I can remember, they did ask wether we intended to BF or FF, but neither was pushed to any extent.
