PPI reclaim

Hi Peeps - I really need to do something about claiming back ppi but dont have the gumption to get it done - can any one recommend a good company thats helped them? Pref a no win no fee?

Have you looked on the money saving expert website? There's a template on there for writing to claim the money back yourself.

I haven't done it myself, but it looks quite straight forward.

I did use their template for one where I knew I had been blatently mis sold an innapropriate insurance for a loan but I have a couple of credit cards that I dont know if I can claim against or not - haven't got a very clear head at mo (inspection looming and other probs) so could do with some help

I used the money saving expert - it was so easy. I was sold ppi for a credit card I was given as a 19 year old student! I called the bank, gave them my current details and they found all the cards and accounts I had ever had with them (most I had forgotten) and took my reason for feeling 'miss sold'. I then got a cheque in the post about 8 weeks later, they basically repaid all the money I spent on the policy over the years. I wouldn't advise going through a representative - they often take a cut of the money and it's so easy if your case is quite straightforward.
