My son has great aspirations

My DS (aged 8) has for a couple of years now told me that when he grows up he will have 3 jobs. A window cleaner, an ice-cream seller and an inventor. He has told me this for a long time, it never changes. He is a very bright, hard working and conscientious little boy who has a clear sense of right and wrong and has never yet got into any trouble at school or anywhere else. A bit of a goody 2 shoes actually. So WHY, when his teacher asked him this week "where do you see yourself in 10 years time?" did my DS reply "Behind Bars"
I had to laugh, I was so shocked that he would say that. It's a good job most of the teachers know me quite well through childminding and I hope know that we are just not that kind of family.

Yeah, knowing his dad (my EX), that's probably exactly what he meant.
I told him I may as well get one of my police dads to come and arrest him and then get my prison officer mum to look after him in prison. That soon shut him up
