MRI with Contrast Dye

I had to have an MRI scan today and I had to have a contrast dye injected.

I have been soooo thirsty ever since. Has anybody else had one and found this? I Googled it but it's not listed as a side effect so maybe I'm just having a thirsty day.

I've had this several times. Last one was a week or so ago. I haven't noticed a thirst but they do say to drink loads to flush the dye out.

Sorry actually I don't remember if the MRI used the contrast it is CT scans I have a lot of.

I don't remember having a particularly excessive thirst after my MRI's.............hope you get the results you hope for from the scan xx
