I am starting my diet on the 7th Jan 08

Well there is too much choc still going around in my house and our christmas holiday celebrations - eating - visting and having family over always goes on till the kids go back to school

That is why I am starting my diet on the 7th
I have promised myself I am going to be really good too

If you want to join me then feel free if not then just a bit of support would be nice

you will have my full support, i am starting mine on 2nd Jan. I think we will all find it a lot easier if we have the support of others.

tbh i have eaten sooooooo much rubbish, i am almost looking forward to being healthy!!!!!!!!!!

I have had so much rubbish with more to come in the next week that I am already almost rolling out the door - one push from hubby and I will go rolling down the street and I have got so fat I do not think I will be able to get myself back up haha

i've been quite good this christmas, i normally scoff a lot of rubbish but i knew i wanted to start on the first and i didn't want to go cold turkey on chocolate and fizzy drinks. The only vice is chocolate brazil nuts, they are so tempting and lovely and mmmmmmmmm. Thank god i ate them all and only have normal nuts to eat

Are you all planning on following a particular plan or just doing it yourself with healthy eating?

I need to go to a group to help keep me on the straight and narrow (not that I ever do 100% but my logic is 90% is better than 5% lol.

Trouble is my working hours mean that I cannot get to a group regulalry then I slip. Thought about doing it online but then that is really just the same as not going to group.

I have the Paul McKenna thing but cannot beliueve that would even work.

I'm starting on Thurs 3rd!! As my two start back at school but I don't start back to work until Mon 7th!! (hehe) so I can have the first few days calmly! I am already trying to be good, but hate to waste food

so tomorrow mum and dad are up for the day and I'm going to feed all the mince pies to them hehe

I'm desperate to do this so pleeeeeease help me!

I aim to start getting up earlier three mornings a week to do an exercise video too - once I get into it I get addicted quite quickly but then I always get ill or something comes up to stop me and I don't start again!

i bought a new exercise dvd yesterday it looks really good and easy to follow i plan to do it in the afternoons when my older mindees are at nursery and i just have a 2yr old here - she likes dancing so she can join in x

the dvd features amy the old receptionist from casualty she has lost 12 stone and looks fantastic !
