hahahahha no really i did need it, i use food as a comfort thing and i really needed comforting and as i don't have any chocolate in the flat pepsi was the next best thing (water wouldn't have done the job lol)

just wanted to say good luck to everyone who is trying to loose weight at the moment, I have managed to put on some weight over christmas was just over 8 half stone and am now 9.1 and feel so much better for it, good luck ladies xxxx
