I had a lower fat ready meal just now - Waitrose chicken breast in sauce with roasted veg. Added some asparagus and loads of runner beans. Was nice and I didn't miss the extra potatoes I would usually have

Bought some nectarines today so will have one later if I feel the need

Having a takeaway with friends tomorrow eve - will have plain rice and plain naan with my chicken dhansak - no side dishes Will need to cut back in the daytime to compensate and avoid the wine

will do WW soon as I am already an online member
Happy to be back with the Greenies

Is it too late for me to join in on the 2nd week

Just been for my SW weekly weigh in and have lost 2 1/2lb

And tonight having one of those m&s fuller for longer meals, with some mini cheese cakes for pud (all still within the plan, honest)

Plan for the week is to eat normal meals and to snack on fruit in between.

I'm cutting down but not actually started doing my WW menu yet, won't start till Sunday as we are out for a meal on Sat and I am splurging for my birthday

I have been doing Mitchells exercises with him though so they will help and the treadmill is going to start being used at the weekends

    Good luck everyone

I had my WI at my WW meeting last night.

    Lost 2.5lbs .

I put on 5.5lbs over xmas so my first challenge is to get to my pre-christmas WI.

The way I figure it is, it took me 3 weeks to put that on, so I will be happy with 3 weeks getting it back off.

At the moment I am enjoying butternut, tomato and carrot soup. Made a huge amount and put it in the slow cooker

I'm still mainly eating brown rice with chicken or fish and vegetables.
Also I am allowing myself eggs, sour dough toast and houmous.
Hard to stick to it though. There's a massive packet of cookies in the kitchen that I keep thinking about!

Got first weigh in at SW on Monday. Had a mixed week but that's good for me! Missing bread. Am sooo gonna miss wine this weekend. Haven't exercised this week due to DH working late so not been able to get to the gym. Will run tomorrow.

Maza, I didnt exercise much my first week and still lost 3.5lb, hope you get a loss.

Well I was treated to chinese restaurant last night, usually only happens on occaisions like birthdays as it expensive but yummy!
I tried being good, noodles that were free and chicken in black bean sauce which i think was 5 1/2 and 4 archers and lemonades which i dont know the syns of, was gd rest of the day though so hopefully it wont affect my loss too much, I weigh in tomorrow so hopefully be ok if i stick to it

    Good luck everyone else
