    Default Finally taken the plunge!

I have finally decided to do something about my weight.
I need to loose a huge 5 stones minimum - but ideally 7 stones.
I'm not joining a club, as I joined Slimming World a few years ago and managed to loose a huge 9 stones - getting me down from a size 28 to a size 10!!! Sadly, I have put most of it back on. I don't feel I can re join - I'm far too embarrased.

    So, I'm going it alone!

Fingers crossed for me ladies and gents please
    xx

Good luck!! I believe that it's all in the mind anyway - if you feel ready to loose again then you have a better chance of success, all the best to you xxx

    Go for it girl
I have lost the same 4 stone 5 times now!! Not good yo-yoing but I just can't help myself
I did SW and I think its a fantastic plan and I know its the healthy option but I'm into quick fixes now. I enjoy doing the W8 plan, although it's drastic and not everyones cup of tea, I can honestly say I feel great after the first few days and the motivation comes from mega quick weight loss.
I have to be a bit careful now as I have to take Warfarin for the rest of my life and extreme diets can affect my blood levels but my GP monitors me and says the benefit of losing the weight for me is good.
I am just embarking on the W8 plan again and this time I will try to stick to the maintainence guidance .
Fingers and toes crossed for you, but you shouldn't feel embarrased about going back to group, they will help and support you on this journey just as they did before.

you should not be embarrassed to go back hon if you need that support. that's what they are there for. I understand though and go you size 28 to a 10 that's amazing. you did it once, you can do it again. Problem with eating is that the changes to your eating have to suit YOU so it becomes a new way of eating not a diet.

I hope you find something that suits you
