    Your putting me to shame jelly


    I've been goodish but dreading weigh in on Wednesday as mine has slowed right down!!!

    I've all dinners & lunches planned out for the week so as long as I stick to them my food intake is fit enough for Gillian mckeith


    I only have 8 weeks till I go abroad with all my skinny minny mates for a hen doo, so I'll be more than happy with 1 lbs loss a week till then !!

    It's good to have a goal date to work towards, I am not going away this year so my only goal as sutch is my neices wedding next summer...... to far away

    Week 4: 13st 12lbs -3 (total -9)
    Week 5: 13st 9lbs -3 (total-12)
    Week 6: 13st 6lbs -3 (total -15)
    Week 7: 13st 6 lbs 0 (total -15)
    Week 8: 13st 4 lbs -2 (total -17)
    Week 9: 13st 1 lb -3 (total -20)

    One more pound to having lost a stone and a half, and two more to be able to say 12 stone something. Went hiking on the weekend, 11 miles Saturday and 8.5 on Sunday, so I think that helped a lot.

    wow you are doing really well, i recently joined SW and have started sauna/swimming every day. fingers crossed i can shed some pounds

    I have never been called an inspiration before lol. I don't know what has got into me but I am terrified the bubble will burst.

    Don't worry about missing your weigh in, because as it was that time of the month you might have been retaining fluid, and next weigh in you will get a good weight loss.

    Hope you have a great session in the gym tonight, and thanks for the replies it helps to know that I have buddies here, it is suprising how many people are trying to sabbotage my diet, now that my weight loss is becoming visually apparent

    cant believe it.....i stayed the same again

    gonna be good again & I've been gym twice this week & going swimming tonight....If I stay the same again tnext weighin then I hold my hands up and surrender

    You must keep going the weight will move soon, espesially as you are working out too.

    This week I have bought a DVD called 30 Day Shred,by Jillian Michaels, from Americas biggest loser programme. It takes less than 30 mins a day including warm up and cool down but it is really intensive. I have done level one for three days on the trot and I am aching all over, but in a good way . Goning to stick it for 30 days to see if it works.

    I bet you look and feel amazing

    Well done, I've been really pleased with myself this week plus hubby said he fancies fish and chip for tea so him and the girls are having that and I've just finished making my slimming world home made fish pie (free of syns apart from the grated cheese on top but counting that as my healthy extra )

    I'm going to really enjoy it as I made it last week and loved it and I know I wont feel deprived watching them lot munch away on their chippy meal. See when I'm in the zone I can really focus but as soon as it's PMT time I'm like a woman possessed

    Got weighed last night 3.5 lbs off

    Now in the 9 stone bracket, 11 lbs gone 7 lbs to go then I weigh the same as I did on my wedding day & I felt blumming great on my wedding day

    Sticking at it thanks. Did day eight of level one today but I don't think I will be ready to progress to level two after day ten, as your suppose to, as I have yet another cold.
