    Well done ladies

I lost over 2st in the last year, but I am REALLY struggling now to keep focused and too scared to get back on the scales because I know it'll say in the last few weeks I have gained

I SO want to get rid of the last of it before the summer kicks in and especially before my 10th wedding Anniversary in September... but just can't stop myself from been naughty

But I think I'll brave those scales in the morning and start a fresh.

Wishing you all the best xx

what worked for me was to have a naugthy day each week on fri or sat usually. Otherwise I'd keep going for weeks then have a naughty few weeks but I was so determined this time.

Glad you didn't put any weight on Mary .

Good on you Louise for getting back to it, thats what I should have done six years ago before I put back the five stone I lost back on .

You're right Juggler, it helps if you find the thing that keeps you sticking to it, with me at the momment it's saving 300 cals to eat right at the end of the day, I have to have something to look foward to each day, food wise

    Week 1: 14st 7 lbs
    Week 2: 14st 1lb -6
    Week 3: 14st 1lb 0
    Week 4: 13st 12lbs -3 (total -9)
    Week 5: 13st 9lbs -3 (total-12)
    Week 6: 13st 6lbs -3 (total -15)

So chuffed I have lost just over a stone now. If I can average 3 lbs a week I will be more than happy. Still walking daily for an hour briskly, on the treadmill if it is rainning.

hon, it often evens out after a few weeks, especially if you are exercising and turning that fat to muscle. don't be disheartened. You know a good plan is to do measurements or use a fave pair of jean.

If they are getting looser or the tape measure's needign to be tightened then that's another way to tell.

Weeks' 3 and 4 are usually bad and I think after a big drop that often can happen in a cycle.

15 lbs is fantastic and you've lost almost every week. If your feeling horrid it's OK to comfort eat. Get rid of your cold and start afresh

I love getting the back up from you guy's and when I was having a wobble the other week you pep talked me into seeing light at the end of the tunnel. It's my weigh in tonight and I've been so good so hoping for a loss

Half a blooming lbs . I've worked my butt off just for that

Saying that though I did put a pair of jeans on that I bought just before Xmas and I couldn't wear them without a belt, so may have lost inches!!

    Better off than on though

if you are losing inches then you have lost bodyfat hon. you must be turning it to muscle - are you exercising lots?

Nope not really, have been walking lots with double buggy and speeding it up but apart from that not much else really.

I've been out with the LO's today & treated us all to an ice bun

Had healthy break, lunch & will have a health tea tonight too!!

    Week 8: 13st 4 lbs -2 (total -17)

So have only lost 2 lbs in the last two weeks, I am a little dissappointed but averaging it out over the weeks I am losing 2.5 lbs weekly which is fine.
