    Default 1st Feb! Challenge to lose 7lbs this month?

    I am starting to try and lose weight again tomorrow (ha ha! Not today!) as January went pretty pants for me!

    I am setting myself a goal to lose 7lbs by the end of the month - I realise that this is a very big goal but I need to push myself to get rid of this baby weight!

    Anyway, I want to do my best and see how close I can get to my goal - anyone want to join me for some support and competition! Ha!

    WE CAN DO THIS!!!!!!!

    That's what I keep telling myself anyway!

    YOU CAN DO IT!! My diet starts today as i too was rubbish in January! Hoping to lose 5lbs in the month of February.

    What are you planning on eating today?
    I have so far had porridge with s/s milk
    handful of raisins

    for lunch going to have homemade tomato and red pepper soup (not overly healthy as it is full of olive oil but...)

    tea tonight not sure yet...

    Me I will support you!

    I lost 8lb in 3 weeks so I hope I can lose 7lb this month.

    I really have 6lb to lose by next thurs to hit my target, I might do it - I feel confident in myself.

    I have been eating no more than 800cals a day sometimes only 600.

    I eat brown bread salad sandwich for lunch - 200 cals ( or 2 rounds of toast with light cheese spread)

    and a max of 300 or 400 cals for tea (sometimes just breakfast cereal)

    and a snack of 100 cals max through the day. (usually a pot of Muller light and fruit)

    I always weigh myself everyday at about 5 or 6pm before I eat tea and have lost 1lb at least every other day since I started mid january and have lost 8lb.

    My hubby has been doing similar except he jogs on the threadmill for an hour and then goes on our fitness bike for half hour every single day!! I can't manage that... he has lost over 1stone in 3 weeks.

    I am near my period and my weight loss last week was only 1lb!! So I am hoping once my period starts this week I will lose somemore quicker than this week

    I have lost 5 lb in 3 weeks so i am up for the feb challenge of 7lb in 4 weeks.

    I go to a class and get weighed on a wed or thurs so i will keep you all posted.

    Hopefully we will be stong and we can do this.

    Yay! This is great!

    I'm starting tomorrow! He he! No, I really am, especially as you have all inspired me!

    I can't go down too low on calories as I'm solely breastfeeding until middle of March so I plan to cut out all the rubbish, add more salad and veg to bulk out meals, no eating between meals unless I'm really hungry, drink more water and do 20 - 30 mins on the wii each evening.

    Hopefully some weight will shift doing this otherwise I'm planning on joining WW but I could do without the expense!

    Thanks everyone! We can so do this!

    Shall we catch up with weight loss amounts each Monday on this thread?

    Hi! I will join you aswell, I am doing WW at home as I can't afford to go to the classes. I'm still trying to lose my pregnancy weight - but obviously haven't been trying hard enough as I only lost 1 stone!

    Count me in too! I have a wedding to go to in June & I refuse to go looking like this!!!
    I started today & I'm not counting calories but I'm cutting out all the rubbish I eat between meals and I'm going to exercise more. Started this morning with a long, brisk walk
    I am determined to shift this baby weight. Good luck everyone - we can do it!

    I have been good so far and i am not feeling too hungry...planning on going for a nice jog tonight too!!

    How's everyone doing?

    I've been completely rubbish and have managed to put on a 1lb! Ha! Mind you, I've not been good and I'm surprised it's only a 1lb! I will try really hard this week!

    Well i was really good all week until Friday night then it all went a bit pear shaped! Must try harder at weekends and not eat so much cakes, take-aways, crisps, etc etc
