Cambridge restart today

Hi everyone, well i finally got to my cc yesterday and i am on from today

Im a bit gutted about how much i have let myself put on as i had been around my target weight since May

Anyway here goes

Good luck and I'm sure you will be fine.
I think i might be on here more often for when i start on Fri.
The more people we have to talk too, who is doing the same as us will really help.

I said to my husband last nite call me daft, but i think it might be easier this time last time we cleared out the fridge, freezer and cupboards, and we did slip a few times, but now because I'm a cm and i need to have food in the house, i don't think i will bother about it so much, well that's what I'm hoping.
Its like if you take something away the more you want it.
I hope my theory is wright

How is it going? I am on day 4 and lost 5lb so far this week although I expect a lot is fluid

Hi yvonne, i think it would be easier if my hubby was doing cd as he is now on his way home with a take away

i wont have any just to prove a point but this time around he is doing my head in

Debbie i am doing fine, dont feel to bad just freezing cold

Im off for a nice soak whilst hubby stuffs his face

H*****mind 04 i must admitt it is easier when your oh is doing it too, but dont get me wrong we both slipped a few times the last time we were on it. Looking forward to meeting our councellor 2nite, and starting the cd 2moro

but will i still be so happy next week ?

I started the cambridge again yesterday, i stopped in November after loosing 3st 1lb but since then put 7lb back on

so here we go again!!

I dont think 7lbs is bad at all with having xmas, ive put that and double sine then
