weight loss no diet

just weighed myself expecting to have put on weight over christmas, but have found that i have lost 9 pounds since last week. i have bee on thyroid tablets since may but nothing has happened so dont know if this nhas anything to do with it. but i'm happy. hope it carries on. happy new year everyone hope evryone keeps on losing.

Is it thyroxine you are taking? Maybe your dose is too high at the minute. I have lost 2 stone since September and I think that is partly due to the high dosage of thyroxine I am taking. Getting mine checked next week

i was on a lower dose of thyroxine but it wasn't working and felt yuk for months this dose i've been on since august so only just started working i suppose next prescription due in feb so blood test just before see whats happening then. think this maybe the kick start i need though. hubby has come out in sympathy and put the weight on and looks like a beached whale.

did lose this amount once before through not eating worried sick as my hubby threatened to throw our eldest out. long story but they clashed real bad. hubby did kick him out but not for a couple of months so you imagine the worry. every morsel of food that went near my mouth i could not eat. this time though still eating maybe not quite as much but like i say may be incentive to lose the rest.

i lost weight like that when son joined the marines i was mortified to the point that couldnt sit down for 2 mins or eat a thing , depression is a good way to diet but its not the most pleasant
