I will join in too could do with shifting about 2 stone. We did a fat fighters at toddlers for the six weeks leading up to christmas I managed to loss the grand total of 5 pounds probably put that back on now mind :blush: :blush:
I will probably be the worst person on here as i have really bad eating habits I will strave myself for a few days and then binge :blush: :blush: so that should be my goal to eat properly all the time and maybe the bad word exercise.
I'm in too, if you'll have me. Can I have pass word too please:D

I have started eating breakfast, as before I didn't eat breakfast and rarely ate lunch and then ate non stop from dinner til bed.
Ok you have inspired me to start today. I am off to weigh myself (very scared now) wish me luck.

Please can I join too and have the password, I lost 5stone about 4 years ago and it all went back on. There is a history of heart disease in my family (my mother had 2 heart attacks at 44 and I am now 40 and a little scared).
I can't afford to join any clubs like WW or SW so this could be a huge help to me.

Well I thought I would weigh myself today (official day is tomorrow but needed chance to get my head around a large gain) and I have lost 10kg since mid December. :eek: :clapping:
Can those ladies doing WW tell me how many points a day/week you should stick to?
OK! Sign me up for the password, I am in. Prob got the most to lose - half of me ideally but baby steps and a stone or half a stone at a time I think :rolleyes:

I did WW before at home and know I can do it, at least for a few months, just lose motivation and slip back. Have bought the latest at home pack so ready to start. Thursday 7th will be my start day as its my day off and can shop sensibly on Wed :thumbsup:
Goal for me will be slipping my backside into a theatre seat instead of hoping and praying it will fit. :laughing: Also in my dads memory as I know he would be proud.:blush:
Not telling my 'real' 'live' friends - just see if they notice :thumbsup:

I really need to get rid of hubby though as he comes home from work with a bag of crisps and a bar of chocolate. Then i feel guilty that he went out of his way to get me them so i scoff them down like a little piggy. lol
could do with losing 5-7 stone.
we are off to Dominican Republic in august so this is my inspiration.
Hopefully I will loose some of it.
I think putting it down on here will help me to stay motivated.
