    Default my diet

    i started back on cambridge diet today. i have lost 3 an a half stone, want to get the last 2 stone off by new yr, xmas would be brill but wishfull thinking.

    how easy is this dietto follow heard lots of people talking about it i am desparte to lose weight but just cant seem to shift it...

    Butting in but I found it easy when I did it. The first 3 days are a bit hellish but if you can get yourself past that point it should be pretty easy. I found that once the weight started dropping off it was easy to stay away from temptation or not pick when cooking for everybody else or finish off the kids' leftovers!

    The main thing is not to return to your previous eating habits when you've reached your goal weight - but that's true for any weight loss plan. I broke the rule when my dad died in August and bingo, I gained a stone so I'm now doing Weight Watchers on-line to get it back off again

    Oh and also my new rule from now on is to deal with any gains while they're small! Much easier to deal with 1lb rather than let things get out of hand and have to deal with lots more (which is what I *should* have done!)
